Who we are

Quick Sale is operated by Sainani Innovations, Mumbai, India. For anything in this policy, contact privacy@poonamsainani.in.

What we collect

When you create an account: your name, email address and — if you provide one — a phone number. If you sign in with Google or Apple we receive your name and email from them and never a password. Apple's Hide My Email gives us a relay address instead, which is fine.

When you verify your identity (KYC): your PAN is sent directly to our verification provider. We store only the last four digits and the outcome of the check. The full number never reaches our database.

When you use the marketplace: properties you follow, your search preferences, sale registrations, offers you make, and site-visit requests.

If you list a property: the details you submit, including ownership documents. Your minimum acceptable price is stored privately and is never shown to buyers.

We do not collect your location, contacts, photos or advertising identifiers, and there is no third-party tracking or advertising in the app.

Why we collect it

To run the marketplace: to show you relevant properties, to let you register for sales and make offers, and to tell sellers who is bidding. Identity verification exists because an offer that cannot be attributed to a real person is worthless to a seller — it is what makes the offer book credible.

We also process identity data to meet Indian know-your-customer obligations that apply to property transactions.

Who we share it with

Sellers see your name and offer details when you make an offer on their property. Other buyers never see your identity. Brokers assigned to a property see your name and contact details when you request a site visit.

We use service providers to operate: Amazon Web Services (hosting, Mumbai region), Google Firebase (sign-in), and a KYC verification provider. They process data on our instructions only. We do not sell your data to anyone.

Where it lives, and for how long

Data is stored in Amazon Web Services' Mumbai region, in India. Documents and identity evidence are encrypted and are only ever served through short-lived links.

We keep your account data until you delete your account. Completed property transactions are retained in anonymised form afterwards, because Indian tax and property law requires it.

Your rights

Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act you can access, correct and delete your personal data.

Deleting your account is available inside the app: Account → Delete my account. It erases your profile, saved properties, preferences, notifications and KYC evidence, withdraws any live offers and removes any listings still on the market. It refuses while a transaction is in progress, so the other party is not stranded. You can also request deletion by emailing us.

Exporting your data is available from the same place, or by request.

Children

Quick Sale is not intended for anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes

If this policy changes materially we will say so in the app before the change takes effect. The date at the top always reflects the current version.
