What Quick Sale is

Quick Sale is a marketplace that introduces property sellers to buyers and hosts time-bound sale events. We are not a party to any property transaction, not an agent for either side, and not a valuer. Any sale is a contract between the buyer and the seller, governed by Indian property law.

What an offer means

An offer made through Quick Sale is an expression of interest, not a binding contract. The seller may accept, counter or reject any offer, and the highest offer is never accepted automatically. A sale event is not an auction and creates no obligation to sell.

You may revise an offer upward or withdraw it while it remains open. Once a seller accepts an offer, both parties are expected to proceed in good faith to a formal agreement — but the legal commitment arises from that agreement, not from the app.

What verification does and does not mean

Listings carry a verification level from 1 to 5. These reflect checks carried out by us and by empanelled brokers and lawyers: identity, documents received, a physical visit, a legal review.

Verification is not a guarantee of title, condition or value, and it does not replace your own due diligence. You should engage your own lawyer and inspect any property before committing money.

Prices shown

Asking prices are what a seller says they expect. Indicative market values and discount percentages are estimates derived from comparable listings and locality benchmarks. They are not valuations and should not be relied on as such.

Your account

You must be 18 or older. Provide accurate information, keep your sign-in secure, and do not let anyone else use your account. Identity verification is required before making offers.

Do not submit listings you have no right to sell, make offers you do not intend to honour, attempt to manipulate an offer book, or misrepresent a property. We may suspend or remove accounts that do.

Fees

Browsing and making offers are free. Optional paid services — featured listings, legal reports, subscriptions — are priced in the app before you pay. A success fee may apply on a completed transaction and is disclosed before an offer is accepted. All fees are in Indian rupees and include applicable GST.

Ending your use

You may delete your account at any time from Account → Delete my account. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms. Deletion does not extinguish obligations under a transaction already in progress.

Liability

We provide the platform as it is. We are not liable for the accuracy of seller-supplied information, the conduct of buyers, sellers or brokers, or the outcome of any transaction. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited under Indian law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts of Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: support@poonamsainani.in.
